Fathers Must Educate Themselves to Their Real Rights, The Feminist Tyranny and The War On Fatherhood

Feminists have parlayed the 'best interests of the child' and 'safety of women from abuse' excuses into a tyranny against men and fathers in the family courts. Fathers, denied all constitutional due process, stripped of their fundamental rights and children, and reduced to slaves and extorted for money, must cut through the propaganda to understand their real rights and learn to fight back.

Divorce and paternity lawsuits are the basis of a multibillion dollar divorce/domestic violence and child support industry solely dependent on targeting fathers and then denying them their rights, their children, and extorting them for years without any wrong proved - but simply alleged.

With no evidence of parental unfitness and based almost solely on any accusation or characterization that the mother makes against the father, the father will lose parental control over his child(ren) and most or all of his assets. The state effectively kidnaps his children no matter how much he wants to directly care for and support his own children.

Then, the family court maliciously takes over a man's life under the aura of legality. Divorce and paternity suits are extremely unfair to fathers - and their children; they represent the control and tyranny that government now easily imposes on individuals while putting out feminist propaganda representing the opposite of what's really taking place.

Family court denies fathers their fundamental rights which include

* the right to directly care for and parent your own child

* the right to be treated equally to all others -both mothers and fathers - and,

* the right to be tried under constitutional due process (including a jury of your peers) when your fundamental rights are at stake, and finally

* the right to earn and work as you wish

No constitutional due process to protect against false accusations means that innocent men are thrown out of their houses, lose their possessions, denied seeing their kids, and go to jail - all the time. And, of course, it means a malicious woman can count on the feminist's governmental tyranny to help her steal a man's rights, property, income and children.

The government-affiliated child support and domestic violence industry's enormous funding allows its feminist adherents to propagandize the inherent 'badness of men': that men are abusive and fathers run away from marriage or don't want to support their children. That they don't have the best interest of their child at heart nor the safety of women. That's phony propaganda. But it's important to vilify those who you'll deny rights to. That's how tyrannies always work.

Fathers must educate themselves to this tyranny.They must know how to recognize and show the unconstitutional rulings that judges have imposed on them; know how to fight their cases for themselves and their children, and to create proof that will be used in the prosecutions of these judges; and lastly, know how to take action to fight for and recover our constitutional freedoms. This is their duty to themselves, their family, their children, and to posterity. Consider these quotes…

Bork, Judge, stated, "It is a sad comment that the public is so uneducated, unconcerned, and blinded to the TRUTH by the media, and that the Judiciary of our once great Nation has been allowed to sink to these depths. And while I say that the conditions that exist today can be laid at one doorstop, that of the judiciary, I must ultimately say that the fault really lies at our feet - We the People, for it is We the People who have allowed the foxes to guard the henhouse."

Our founding fathers warned us of our duty to know and understand our rights less we be denied them. Thomas Jefferson made this clear when he said, "If a nation expects to be ignorant and free in a state of civilization, it expects what never was and never will be". " I know of no safe depository of the ultimate powers of the society but the people themselves; and if we think them not enlightened enough to exercise their control with a wholesome discretion, the remedy is not to take if from them[as our legal system is doing] but to inform their discretion by education. This is the true corrective of abuses of constitutional power."

John Jay (one of three founders most responsible for ratification of our Constitution said, "Every member of the state ought diligently to read and to study the constitution of his country...By knowing their rights, they will sooner perceive when they are violated and be the better prepared to defend and assert them."

Benjamin Franklin said, "A nation of well-informed men, who have been taught to know and prize the rights that God has given them cannot be enslaved. It is in the region of ignorance that tyranny begins."

Wake up Fathers! Fathers must recognize their real obligations to enforce their unalienable rights, rebuff the phony feminist-propagandized obligations that enslave and destroy those rights. They must begin to fight for their children and their children's right to their father's name, his care and his protection.

Stop being brainwashed into slavery and into insignificance as a father to your own children!
