While this approach may not work for everyone, there are few programs out there that offer the comprehensive benefits and tools in one package that can be utilized by the masses. Perhaps this is what makes Six Sigma training so attractive to executives and managers. Standardizing concepts, tools and resources that have a great chance of actually working has made it possible for many organizations to tap into this resource and improve their processes. There are many concepts and programs that are readily available, however, many do not have the flexibility that Six Sigma training systems offer, and perhaps this is why they have been going strong for well over a generation.
