Don’t know what to put on your table tents? Well do not fret because in this little tutorial I will tell you the essential things that you need to put in within your table tent printing. There are four main content parts or elements that all table tents need to be effective. Let me go over each for you one by one.
1. The eye catching product image – First and most obvious of all, table tents need an eye catching cover image. You can’t really promote a food or beverage without showing it visually. So make sure you always place a good high quality image of your product. Make these images as large as you can, with excellent lighting and composition. The better your product image is, the better your table tents should be at delivering their message.
2. The premise or offer – Secondly, all table tents must have that premise or offer. It is not enough to present the product in a table tent printing. You should also always put in the offer about the product. Is the product on sale? Is it a new featured product? Is it rare? Is there a great discount in ordering it and something else? People must know these things so that they can be interested in the product even further. So make sure you place the premise in all your color table tents.
3. The details – Thirdly, we have the details. While this may not be the most prominent part in the design for table tent printing, this is essential. People must know of the minute details of the offer about the product in your color table tents. So always put in all the hard facts in concise detail on a small section of your table tents. This should give readers the whole picture of the offer for them to decide if they want to go through with it.
4. The call to action – After the details, you should also have a call to action for your readers. It isn’t enough to give them the details of course. You have to encourage them to act on those details. So always add a text element or image element that urges them to do so. Simple phrases such as "buy now!" or "ask your waiter for details" subtly urges people to do something about what they have read. It might be that little push that can make the color table tent succeeds at its job.
