Chocolate Protein Balls
Chocolate is one of easily one of the best foods on the planet. I love how it melts in your mouth, how delicious it tastes! Happens to keep me going back for more.
Eating lots of packaged chocolate straight off the shelf is not going to get you a beach body though (unfortunately). Packaged chocolate is extremely high in sugar. In commercial uses, the better the chocolate tastes, the more sugar it has added.
Cadburys Milk Chocolate Bar contains only 26% cocoa - the main ingredient that actually forms chocolate. Unfortunately, the remainder is mostly packed with sugar. Pure white poison.
However, who said you have to sacrifice that taste of chocolate to have a world class beach body thought? Not me! That's why I freeking LOVE this recipe.
It's chocolate, it's easy, it's quick, it's a snack, it's DELICIOUS and it's HELPS with my beach body.
You can enjoy this delicious recipe as an afternoon treat or as a snack with a cup of tea.
Even for an gen Y male, I CAN MAKE IT. It's amazing.
When you make your own recipes, you can to chose exactly what you want to go in it. This creative recipe only uses six ingredients and is ready to eat within half an hour.
Some of the key benefits are that each one is less than 30 calories each. Each one is also less than 1 g of crabs, 1 g of fat and 2.4 g of protein to pack a punch.
To me, this is what healthy eating and getting your beach body is all about. Ultimately, life is about the journey, not so much the destination. We live for now, we want to eat great foods and feel great.
Don't starve yourself from foods that you love, get creative and make it enjoyable and sustainable.
