Free Dog Training Tip #1Always remember what makes your dog the happiest to see obey his owner. Dogs are so loyal and will do anything you ask if you just ask right. This means you are the boss. Your dog needs to know who the boss is and is ok with this. Dogs love to obey!!Free Dog Training Tip #2Always call your dog by his name such as "Spot Come" or "Spot Sit". This way your dog will learn his name and know your talking to him.Free Dog Training Tip #3As a puupy only ask him to sit a few times. After about three times a puppy will lose interest and stop minding as well. Just as children have short attention spans so do puppies . You can do this periodically through the day though.Free Dog Training Tip #4Always reward your dog for obeying with praise and attention, NOT TREATS!! Give your dog treats if you want but not for obeying. He will think he needs a treat everytime he obeys and stop minding when he doesn't get one.Free Dog Training Tip #5When potty traing your animal keep your dog in a small crate or a small enclosed enviroment. Just as you wouldn't want to step/lay in where you potty neither will your dog. Let your dog out frequently. If your dog is still potting in his spot, the spot is to big and you need to shrink the area. As your dog minds and doesn't potty in his area you can increase his area and let him out to play more often.
