How To Develop Mind Control
Do you know people who think, in order to develop mind control you have to take time and put in a lot hours to make this happen. You better put aside a lot of hours to learn and train and you have to be completely focused on what you need to do.
And others think, mind control cannot be achieved by everyone. You need to have the right brain capacity and functions to do this. Some just do not have it in them to develop this mind power. Those are the people who think, if you are one of the select few you can train yourself to do this skill with some mental abilities.
You probably think, when it comes to mind control power, being persistent and not giving up when things get tough are two of the most important aspects. You have to keep going and learning all the way along even when you don't think you can keep improving your mental abilities.
I once had someone tell me," The first thing you need to do is to train your mind to reject any influences that are negative that try to infiltrate your brain. These negative influences can come from you directly or from others around you. Whatever is thrown at you, you need to stay positive and focused throughout and not let anything affect you.
The most effective way in which to train your mind to block out negativity is to use a method known as the "withdrawal" system. You should use this technique whenever you can and whenever the situation arises.
If for example, someone corrects you for doing something wrong at work, then you have to try to get rid of this thought or suggestion from your mind. You need to work out how to improve things rather than let the problems affect you and your performance. "
Apparently the person telling me this didn't have a clue or even notice that whatever you resist (negative thoughts, negative comments or negative self talk like; don't want this, can't have that, etc.) persist.
So instead of trying to eliminate the thought you don't like you replace this negative feeling with a positive one instead. This way you can focus your energy on the power of your mind and making the best out of the situation.
This sort of training can take some time and effort to succeed at. However, it will definitely pay off in the long run. This particular approach does not mean you are hiding from any problems you have. All it does is teach you not to take things too much to heart.
As soon as you can control you own mind, i.e. your thinking, you can start to use this skill to influence others too. Since you have the power to be able to move yourself to achieve something or do something, then you can use it with others to achieve what you both want.
Mind control is really all about directing your mental abilities in anything you do in life and having the strength and persistence to follow through with things. With the right amount of training and effort you can do exactly what you want whenever you want.
