MCSE for IT Professionals
MCSE, or Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer is one of the best known certifications offered by Microsoft. The MCSE certification demonstrates an individual’s ability to provide the information systems solutions for businesses and also to implement and design infrastructure required for these solutions. The MCSE certification is available for Windows Server 2003 and Windows 2000. For each of these product lines the exams required for the MCSE certification are different. For the MCSE certification available for Windows Server 2003, candidates have to pass seven exams. Six of them are core design exams, which include a design exam, a client operating system exam and four networking exams. The seventh exam required by the MCSE certification for Windows Server 2003 is elective. The IT professionals who enter the MCSE training program must also have had experience in connecting users from remote locations to the corporate network. The skills of the IT professional assigned to a certain project will undoubtedly be questioned if that individual lacks the completion of the MCSE training and the MCSE certification which comes with it.
