Online Business: Do It or Not?

I am sure that most people have already thought about starting an online business but don't know exactly how to do it or where they could find trustful advice about it. At the same time, the internet shows endless options of free learning and, honestly, there would be no need of attending courses or hiring a consultancy.

However, although all resources are available, it demands a lot of effort and time to look at this "basket" full of possibilities, new terms and technology that, in the end, will probably bring loads of enthusiasm but also lots of doubts about how to proceed with the search.

The point is that an online business takes us back and forth every minute we are engaged with it. There are too much too learn but we know that the right path to success is to go narrow and deep, in only one thing. To find a niche and to decide what tools we should use is not an easy task. Like any other type of business, it takes time to define exactly how to do things, even though if we are already confident about what we want to sell.

Gradually, while we are developping the product, the website and our skills, we see more and more to learn but this is not all. We have to be incredibly fast moving and deeply interested in every single new technique that can help us to boost our sales.

Love at first sight has its problems and fall in love with an online business as well. When it happens, we want it desperately, we want it now, we want to see it running, we dont want to live without it, simply because it will be the only one that will give us profits and freedom, at the same time.

Anyway, being aware of this equation doesn't mean that others, specially our family and closest friends, will understand that and agree with that. Most cases, we will see them frowning and silently thinking that we are deluded about it. After overcoming this huge first negative impact, our persistance, our courage, our professional way of performing the tasks and the effort to build our businesses will lead us to great results in this "stubborn endeavor".

Fortunately, we often hear hundreds of people who joined the team and are doing great, which helps to decrease our feeling of being "out of the track" - the ordinary track.

Finally, we know that we will set up a new lifestyle based on real motivation, real business and that will remind the audience that there is happiness "outside the box". At a certain point, they will recognize the benefits and will give us a hand of applause.......but only after seeing the utmost symbol of any successful enterprise: the financial results.
