How to Order Baseball or Softball Trading Pins - Pt.2
Yesterday we talked about how to begin the process of ordering custom team trading pins. Just a quick refresh; we encourage potential buyers to visit our Free Quote Form and fill out the requested information there. Once that has been submitted our team will review your request and reply with a formal, written quote and in most instances will follow that up with a FREE full color digital proof.
Today, Step #2 involves the review process of the artwork the customer receives. All artwork sent to our customers is through email and the artwork is sent in JPEG format. Sometimes this process goes rather quickly and sometimes it will take a few revisions in order for the customer to approve. Changes that may be requested may be but not limited to the following: text, color, logos, overall shape, etc.
Once the customer approves of the artwork they will submit an approval email to our customer care team with Step #3 to follow in tomorrow’s entry.
