Sharks have been part of people’s lives in several ways. It does not matter if you ever saw one, lived near their natural habitat or wear it as a charm or earrings humans’ curiosity toward these sea wolves never stopped growing with time.
Even nowadays, sharks make the news either when involved in shark attacks, as victims of fishermen and their finning, illegal fishing or over fishing practices. Sometimes, we hear about a group fighting for the rights of sharks, their protection and against culling. Other times, you will hear about a new shark deterrent, shark training and more. It seems that even if we have learned a lot about these sea creatures through the years, there is still so much that we don’t know about them.
