The land has a surface of 144.200 square meters; it is situated at about 10 km from Timisoara on national road Timisoara – Szeged. It has a 454 m street front and has access to the electrical network, which is at about 350 m. The land is a private property and belongs to the administrative territory of Sacalaz. The land is about 3,4 km from the ring road of Timisoara and about 69 km of Cenad custom. The land is placed at about 86 km from Budapesta – Szeged highway.
