The land has a surface of 144.200 square meters; it is situated at about 10 km from Timisoara on national road Timisoara – Szeged. It has a 454 m street front and has access to the electrical network, which is at about 350 m. The land is a private property and belongs to the administrative territory of Sacalaz. The land is about 3,4 km from the ring road of Timisoara and about 69 km of Cenad custom. The land is placed at about 86 km from Budapesta – Szeged highway. The development of this area, from an economic and urbanity point of view, takes part in the development project of Timisoara city. The north-west area is highly populated, with the largest neighborhoods of the city.
