Looking for a more laid-back lifestyle, I decided to resign from my job as a music teacher in a respectable children’s school and head back to my beloved hometown Okotoks. Don’t get me wrong, as I spent a good nine years in Edmonton but I guess there really comes a point in anybody’s life that he would want to have back people and things he is accustomed to. Canada has seen me travel a lot from the time I took up music lessons in Montreal to teaching professionally.

In my younger days, I used to dream about being in the limelight churning out original musical pieces but as I got older, it became more rewarding for me to see my students stand out at center stage applying the things I taught them in the classroom.
I can and will go on teaching music if this is the only way I could contribute to the industry which continues to be threatened by record piracy and streaming.
