Stop Working So Hard- The Power Of Outsourcing
Stop working so hard!!! I wanted to let you in on a little secret that I found that is going to make your online lifestyle 1000 times easier. It's the concept of outsourcing! I'm going to show you WHY, HOW and exactly WHERE I find the best people to do all of the work for you!!!
When I started online, I was going to school and wrestling AND was just married, so I had NO time... I was also completely broke, so I had no money... I also didn't have the ability to write, be a programmer, design a website or about anything else that you need to do to make moolah online.
Luckily I didn't let all those strikes against me hold me back - instead I found people who did know how to do those things, and hired them to do them for me. The big breakthrough came when I found out that I could hire people from around the world a very small fraction of what someone in the US would want for the same work!
If you listened to the 2 hour mp3 already (if you didn't yet, please scroll to the bottom of this page and subscribe to my newsletter I'll send it to you) - you'll remember that I paid a programmer $20 (plus a $100 bonus) to create my first software product.
I then paid $8.88 for a domain name, $5 to host the website, $500 for someone to write a sales letter and $97 to have the graphics done for a total cost of $730.88.
I sold the product for $67 and during the fist month I sold 16 copies. My gross sales was $1,072 which left me a net profit of $341.12. That may not seem too exciting for you, but check this out...
Month #2 I sold 30 more copies for a profit of $2,010... but this month I didn't have to re-pay the people I had outsourced to create the product! All of this (minus my $5 hosting fee) when straight to my pocket!!!
That is the power of outsourcing! Hire someone to do something once - then profit from it over and over and over again!
So, the two questions I get after I explain the power of outsourcing is "What can I outsource," and "Where do I find people to outsource things to?"
What can I outsource: - Customer Support - Website Design - Graphics Design - Writing Ad Copy - Getting Link Partners - Writing Content - Writing ebooks - Research - Programming websites - Programming software - ANYTHING and EVERYTHING else you can think of!!!
Only do what you HAVE to do to be successful. I've found that the less things I actually do in my business, the more successful it has become! Where can I find people to outsource things to?
There are quite a few companies that we use. I use them differently for different things.
1st) RentACoder.com - this is a site where I can post a project, and people from around the worldwill bid on it. Usually a great place to find programmers and graphics designers.
2nd) Guru.com - Great for finding more upper level (and more expensive) programmers as well as writers. We get most of our writing projects from people we find on Guru.com
3rd) Workaholics4hire.com - this company is great place to find people to do support, linking campaigns and more. They charge you an hourly rate to work with someone from their in-house team.
4th) AgentsOfValue.com - if you want to hire someone long term - then this is the place to go. We've got quite a few full time employees from AgentsofValue.com. How it works is you will hire someone from their company (in the Phillipies) for usually around $2-$5 an hour. You train them how to do what it is you'd like them to do, then they work for you 40 hours a week!
We've found these guys are the best for things like linking, article writing, article submission and basic webmaster stuff.
If you hire someone from AgentsOfValue.com - be sure to mention that Russell Brunson sent you - and they will be sure to give you one of their better workers.
I hope that this newsletter has been helpful to you. It's important to understand that your job is similar to a contractor. It's not to build the house... it's to have an idea - then contract others to do the work for you.
Outsourcing was how I was able to take my company to over a million dollars in sales in under 2 years while going to school, wrestling and being married! Just imagine what it can do for you! Thanks Russell Brunson
