When going out with friends more casual dining establishments may be suitable. Many casual dining places are chain restaurants and can be found in all major cities. These places generally offer a specific type of cuisine and many have bar areas but are suitable for people of all ages.
If you're looking for a self-service restaurant there are many all you can eat buffets. These are great if you don't want to adhere to a menu. They also make bill paying easier especially if you're splitting the bill amongst numerous people as you generally pay a set head price and choose what food you want.
