A person dont have to eat 6 meals per day. 3 is enough, a child does not eat 6 meals a day only three and aerobics is what speed up the metabolism and the digestion of food not eating 6 small meals per day. A child in elementary school eats 3 meals per day and does exercise 5 days a week in school and drink water at the water fountain often. Too many woman and men buy pills that so-call speed up the metabolism all those pills may do is strengthen the digestion acid and thats all, but the metabolism is the timing it takes for your body to burn fat and not how much a person eats, if this was so then why come there are ten year old boys with abs. and toned up when they only eat 3 times a day? The fat kids if you notice when it is time to exercise in elementary school do not run and exercise much. So seeing from Kindergarden to the six grade they all exercise 5 days a week and eat 3 meals two at school one home per day and check the energy level of a child parents have to say "sit down!' "Stop running in the house" at least 7 times because they so hyped! In the meals I go back to the basics (Elementary school). For breakfast one cup of oatmeal for lunch and children eat at 11:30-12 it is a TV dinner style meal. And dinner steak or just popcorn see at luch time the get the vegetable in the middle of the day and the protein two times a day. In fitness magazine you will see that they all keep saying up the protein intake to build more muscle but that apply only to those using hormone uppers and steroids. But normal individuals that do not use any drugs -the body only absorbs 20% protein per day, so if they ate protein every 3 hours with out the use of a muscle inhancing drug, that the rest will just be waste! Muscle enhancing drugs like HGH speeds up the growth process (muscle) and protein usage /absorbtion. But if a normal person not taking any drug, all that speeds up drug free is the metabolism not the growth of muscle, as each person is different- Compare two fitness natural trainers- Both drug free, Both same program weight training, Same days of the week ,same workout! one will grow more muscle faster than the other everyones timing is different no two people are the same , this is why some men go to using steroids or simular type of drug. The competition thing! (Too Compete). Steroids I would not advice any one to use because it gradually destroy the liver and other problems like alcohol "gradually" destroys the organs. Give this a try for a month: Breakfast- only one cup of oatmeal with raisins with chocolate whey protein that you can add to the oatmeal to spike the raisin oatmeal with protein. at 12 its lunch- a chicken salad and water.- at dinner You can have a steak or one tuna sandwich eat like a american indian at dinner for example: the just eat deer meat and a little corn on the cob and thats all- Indians did not fix a huge 4 items mean like adding pasta ect. and speaking of pasta eliminate it and dont eat much bread or potatoes you get your carbs, for breakfast. fat is natuarally in meat so you do not have to fry food.The body does need a little fat so you can have energy though. FITNESS WORKOUT: 6 DAYS A WEEK WEIGHT TRAINING 15 MIN USING THE ALTERNATING WEIGHTS DAYS WITH AEROBICS drinking plain water like a 20 oz bottle (soda bottle ect.) drink half of the bottle every 3 hours ect. Weight lifting days Mon.Wed. Fri. and aerobics 15-40 minutes Tue.Thu.Sat. ect. breaking up body parts for example supersetting technique, chest triceps or back and biceps ect on Monday and then on Wednesdays- Legs .Then on Friday hips or some other body parts for the exercises style its - one shaping /one mass builder like for chest for example: Pushups or bench press then DB bench flys or do cable crossovers ect. or Barbell Curl (mass builder) into DB Concentration curl (shaping movement)ect. That is called SUPERSETTING the movements it also applys to the sets but the more sets you do the longer you exercise and the quicker you burn out! So keep all sets to two or three leave 4 an- 25 for the hormone assisted freaks!
