Take a sheet of paper and write on it the word “no.” Now, put it on the ground and look down at it. Do you see how small the word “no” really is? It is tiny in comparison to the giant visions that you have and aspire to attain. Make this little exercise a routine, doing it once, twice or even three times a day; it will become a habit and you will have made a paradigm shift. Accept the word when someone says it but never take it beyond what it is. It is not the end of the world; it is certainly not the end of opportunities to move forward with your project. After you have acquired the courage to accept “no,” you are ready for the next paradigm shift. When someone says “no or not,” turn the words around. Then you will have the words, “On!” and “Ton!” Now you can say, “It’s on, and it’s a ton of fun.” You are making a major paradigm shift! Remember, the way you see the world is the way you activate the things around you.

If you take the objection (no or not) and keep them, holding them in your heart and mind, they will become a part of you and you will take that same rejection to the next project or venture. I am sure you have tried to sell or project something but did not feel confident because you were just turned down or embarrassed in the past. Had you known to get rid of the word “no or not” and turn them around, to “on or ton” your attitude would have been positive. That is the direction in which your creative energies should flow. I have never seen a “sad success.” Have you? That is the wonderful part about persistence; you can take a licking and keep on ticking. By shifting the thought pattern and not allowing yourself to get stuck on “not or no” you have programmed yourself for sure success.
