How to use Shapewear and Optical Illusion to turn Fat into Curves
University studies have proven, what men have always known, that men prefer a women with curves. Then why the obsession with skinny? Maybe it's because curves require fat, and fat is ugly, making it a contradiction in terms. Yes, it is a contradiction, but it doesn't have to be, with the latest in shapewear and a bit of Optical Illusion working for you, you can have an hourglass figure without showing any flab.
The most attractive look according to the research is an hourglass, where the waist is smaller than the hips and shoulders, so looking curvy requires you to have a waist, and ultimately an hourglass figure. Not all of us have an hourglass figure, but even for those that do, it is not always easy to keep your figure looking hourglass. An hourglass figure looks the same at the top as it does on the bottom. The slightest bulk on your hips can make you look hippy, and wearing white on your lower half can also change the perception of the line to make you look bottom heavy. However, if you take that same concept and turn it on it's head, these optical illusion start to work in your favour, the slightest bulk on your bust, can give the illusion of more balance, as does wearing white on top. It is all a part of understanding the challenges of optical illusion.
It is well and good having a waist, but if we can't see it, you may as well not have one. To have an hourglass figure, you need to make sure your waist is defined. Use a belt around your waist, or clothes that cling to or otherwise define your waist, such as a cardigan that finishes at your waist and has a tighter waist band. Remember your waist is simply the smallest part of your figure, hopefully it is somewhere between your breasts and your hips.
All that if fine, you now have a curvy figure, but what about the lumps of fat bulging out everywhere? It is utmost important not to be showing any bulges of fat, and that is where the underwear comes in, you can sculpt any part of your body with the right underwear and corsetry, these days most of it is much more comfortable than it used to be, and it will iron out any bulges if you use the right pieces.
For some women it will be inevitable to have bulges in places such as the bra strap, so we need to hide these bulges by wearing fabrics that don't hug the body, and aren't see through.
Arms and legs can also show bulges of fat, and it is important to hide the fat wherever you can, behind a long skirt, trousers or long to three quarter sleeved shirts.
An hourglass figure also requires that you have boobs, so for those ladies that perhaps don't have much in that department may need to invest in the best in uplifting brassieres, and you may also like to think about silicon bra inserts or chicken fillets as some people refer to them. What I am saying is if you don't have it, fake it. Things such as ruffles or anything that adds bulk around the bust area can also help with the illusion of a bigger bust.
Your shoulders can also be used to even out the balance between your upper and lower half. A little shoulder pad never hurt anybody, especially now that they are back in fashion. The more width you have to your shoulder the narrower your hips will look. It is all a matter of balance.
While men consider curvy most attractive, it's time we all learnt how to use the assets we have, and fake the assets we don't. Master the art of Optical Illusion and get the best help we can under our clothes. It's not cheating, it's, it's, it's, ok it's cheating, but it's good cheating.
