Fourth Phase Launched At CALA Homes Development Of New Houses In Amersham

by Keith Osborne

Award-winning housebuilder CALA Homes has reported excellent sales at its Maple Lawns development of new houses in Amersham and has just released another phase of properties there. The two- and three-bedroom houses are priced from £299,000 and £330,000 respectively and follow three earlier phases that started in February 2011, when the show house was first unveiled.

The new phase consists of the popular 'Carleton' and 'Dacre' house types, which have already proved a great success with customers at the site, making up the bulk of the 19 homes already sold or reserved at Maple Lawns. The show house is open daily from 10.30am to 5pm.

"Since the showhome has opened and people have visited our development and seen the quality of CALA's homes for themselves, sales and inquiries have rapidly increased," says Alison Deakin, sales and marketing director of CALA Homes (South). "Sales have also been boosted by our 100% Full Market Value Part Exchange Scheme which provides purchasers with an immediate sale of their old property and a guaranteed move into a new home at Maple Lawns with a minimum of fuss and hassle."

With a range of incentives on offer at these new homes in Buckinghamshire, CALA Homes is hoping to help all sorts of different buyers to bag the property of their dreams at Maple Lawns. The housebuilder can often put together a package tailored to an individual buyer, with elements such as five per cent deposit paid, Stamp Duty paid or free floor coverings. It's this approach that has led to the company garnering numerous awards and an exceptional reputation for customer service.

The 'Carleton' is an ideal house type for the first-time buyer or downsizer. It has a cloakroom, fitted kitchen and living room downstairs, with access to the compact rear garden through French doors. There are two good-sized bedrooms upstairs along with a family bathroom. The master bedroom has fitted wardrobes.

The 'Dacre' has a similar layout downstairs but offers bigger rooms. Upstairs, the master bedroom has an en-suite shower room in addition to the shared family bathroom, and the third bedroom would make a great nursery or study. Good local schools and amenities make this a good option to consider when looking for a home for a young family.

The development is just 15 minutes walk from Amersham station, which offers routes into Central London via the Metropolitan Line and National Rail services to Marylebone and Aylesbury. The M25 and M40 are just a few minutes' drive from the development.
