PAYING FOR YOUR DEEDS!

by Roopa Sushil

Don’t get vanished with the title of the topic! Yes….“Paying for your Deeds” is indeed an eye-opener for all of us if we understand it in the early hours. Genuinely it has a realistic and a much philosophical approach towards our very own Life! Check out to know more!I am sure you all must be loitering to know “What is Paying for your deeds is all about?” I suppose everyone can relate to this article in one or the other way only if you are true and honest to your heart and conscious. This is essentially an attempt to put some light on improving oneself to become a Good Human Being!Paying for your Deeds is nothing but getting rewarded for whatever you do in your life rather I would say it is getting back whatever you have given to others. It could be anything and everything but of course they certainly fall under either of the two categories i.e. Good Deeds or Bad Deeds. Now that you are trying to catch up with the idea of Paying for your Deeds, let us analyze what are Good deeds and what are Bad deeds. Good deeds are nothing but doing or wishing good for others and Bad deeds are doing or wishing bad for others. Simply, it is basically doing either a right thing or a wrong thing. Whenever we are passing through some difficult phase, we always question “Hey God why are you punishing me like this and what have I done?” This is that one question all of us ask ourselves whenever we are feeling low. But if we just try to rewind the tape of our life for a little while, I can assure, you are there with the answer. Just try to remember what you have done in the past. It could definitely be a bad thing that you have done in the past knowingly or unknowingly. Meanwhile, if you are enjoying your life in all respects, you must have really done something good earlier. Further if you continue to enjoy, you are a truly a Good Human Being! This is how you can set up benchmarks to analyze your conduct. The simple logic is you get good things if you do good things and you get bad things if you do bad things! I am not saying that we do bad things advertently but it could happen if we lapse little caution. Of course all of us like to enjoy only good things in life and nobody wants to face the bad things at all. But have you ever analyzed what you can do to refrain from doing such bad things? Consider the following:1.Always try to do good things for others. With or without your knowledge you should never wish bad for others. In case you have committed a bad deed to someone inadvertently, it’s time for you to realize. And once you realize be apologetic and make up for that!2.Never hurt others. If someone hurts you, just IGNORE because you cannot change the ill-feelings generated in that person’s heart for you. But remember one thing there is someone already waiting to recover payment for that bad deed from that person who hurts you.3.Believe strongly in your deeds and always try to do good things for others. If someone has done something good for you, seek for the opportunity to shower that goodness on that person because you owe that to him/her.4.Inculcate good characteristics in you. Never pile up ill-feelings towards others. Ill-feelings make you a bad person and I am sure nobody wants to be known as a bad person! In case if you have certain ill-feelings in you, identify them and try to overcome such feelings.5.There could be few cases where you have done good for others but someday you find that they did not deserve the goodness that you showed to them. Do not worry as that person will also pay for not being good to you someday.6.Always believe in Being Good and Doing Good! This really pays!!!7.If you are wicked to others, stay rest assured as you will “pay back at any cost” for that bad deed! I hope this gives some input to become a better human being! Stay good and Be Good!Roopa Sushil
