Starting Our Own Business, We Needed To Find Some Awesome Car Haulers
When my brother and I began our auto transport business, we needed to get a couple of car haulers in order to actually do the job we wanted people to hire us for. We did have a car carrier that could carry up to five cars at a time, but some of our clients were worried about their cars and wanted them to be covered a little more as they made their way across the country. This meant that we wanted a few of the covered trailers that would keep cars enclosed and safe.
We went back to the custom trailer manufacturer who had made our larger trailer, but they did not have anything like what we were searching for. We thanked them and went back to our office, wondering where else we might look for something that would meet our needs. While we were still not certain where to look, we got a call from a client who wanted to transport his BMW to Las Vegas, which meant we needed to find some car haulers soon.
We bought a local newspaper and looked at the classified ads to see if there was anything in there, but unfortunately there wasn't anything worthwhile in there either. But then my brother had a brilliant idea, to get online and do a search for trailers for sale, and we were overjoyed to find a great website that had a great selection of tractors that were just what we were looking for.
They had a great selection, they offered box trailers and most importantly for us, they had the enclosed trailers that we needed in order to provide outstanding care for our clients cars. There were a few listed that were pretty close, so we took a drive to go out and look at them. We were feeling hopeful about it, so my brother and I both drove our own trucks with a trailer hitch, so that if they worked out, we would be able to buy them and drive them home right away.
As soon as we arrived and saw the trailers, we knew that they would be perfect for us and since they were in great shape, we knew they would last, hopefully for a very long time. More importantly, luxury cars could be taken to and fro in total safety, which was going to work out very nicely for our new little company. We bought the trailers on the spot and we were completely ecstatic as we drove them back to our office, all set for our lucrative transport to Las Vegas.
