Breakfast: and 1 cup of oatmeal with applesauce, a bit of the good fat like Flaxseed oil or a slice of avocado and 2 eggs

This is the secret behind the way he seemingly bulked up over night. He ate a high protein and carb mix about every two hours. That is 8-10 mini meals a day. The Carbohydrates were consumed mostly after a workout and before 8:00pm. The high intensity workouts demanded that he keep the blood sugar levels up to avoid complications.
