Welcome To The Momentarianism Of You
The journey of self and heart discovery does not even begin until you begin being who "you" already are. Until you begin to practice the conscious refocusing of your attention - the conscious realignment of your focus of attention - to who "you" are on a momentary basis, instead of continuing on with the familiar movement of your unconscious inattention of attempting to be who you think you are, then this journey of self and heart discovery does not even get off of the ground for you.
This mistaken identity of who you think you are is never going to deliver you of this "you" of you that "you" actually are – never, it cannot. It has no power to do so.
All that you will have the pleasure of learning, through your attempts at trying to be who you think you are – eventually anyway, for it is such a slow, long, arduous and drawn out process of learning - is the pain and suffering of trying to be something that is simply not who "you" are – your notyou-ness.
This of course, brings on this discomfort-able position that you are constantly left with trying to make yourself as comfortable as possible within. You will have to learn to let go of, surrender and leave alone this activity of who you think you are. You will have to learn to find this "you" that is already true of you and to stop at and as this one, to come to the realization and beingness of this "you" that is already standing freely from what you are otherwise lost in.
The perfection of the heart of the divine one continues within its own manifestation whether you realize who "you" are or not. You either consciously enter the flow of this "you", that is already flowing through the eyes of this mindbody that you find yourself flowing through, and begin the journey of the very heart of this "you" – the greatest journey in existence - or you will settle for what you think and believe to be you – which has not brought you to the immediate freedom of this "you" of you.
Spirituality - as it is generally known - has nothing at all to do with the realization of this "you". It is all about the avoidance of being this "you". It is about the continuance of who you think you are and not at all to do with the dissolution of what is not true of you. It is also about you getting more for yourself – so too, for those ones who have found themselves in a better classroom than the one where most of humanity currently abides in.
The journey of heart and self discovery does not begin to get off of the ground from that place. It can only begin with you aligning your conscious attention to the immediacy of who "you" are.
It operates on a momentary basis from within the intelligence of itself, each moment that you stand freely from trying to perpetuate and defend your stance of whatever idea that you have of your self (and there are no shortage of ideas that you can come up with about your ideas of self or your self) is another moment that the movement of the divine one has consciously flowered into its own manifestation – one moment at a time.
The divine one - "you" – is patience itself. When you tire of trying to be anything at all then welcome to the momentarianism of this "you" of you that is always and already right here, the very heart of existence itself.
