With a sleek and sporty style and impeccable precision, Tag Heuer watches have continued to revolutionize the watch industry for close to a century and a half. Tag Heur has been around for 144 years designing and establishing prestigious watches of all kinds, especially chronographs. Although it has a proficient and stylistic model to it, it remains the watch of choice for many athletic events over any other Swiss watch manufacturers.

Tag Heuer watches were just another manufacturer over a century ago, but truly identified themselves in the early 1900's. In 1914, they created the first mechanical timekeeping machine instrument that was capable of measuring 1/100th of a second.

If that wasn't enough, they continued to work for even more precise timing than already invented. In 1966, Tag Heuer manufacturers created the first compact electronic device capable of measuring 1/1000th of a second. Because of their continuous efforts to make time preciseness the top priority, their watches have become increasingly popular over the years.

In 2004 Tag Heuer manufacturers branched out and the company became involved with motor sports. The quick result of the involvement between the two was a brand new concept watch, the Monaco V4. What makes this watch so special is that the regular toothed wheels in the movement were replaced with a modified and upgraded miniature toothed belts.

This is just a pinch of what Tag Heuer watches have been invented and just a peek at what is to come. They continue to combine the elements of style and design with precision, which creates the ideal watch for most consumers.

One of the best features Tag Heuer watches provide aside from their impeccable precision in time is their ETA automatic Swiss movements. There are several different styles of this, but one of the most popular base movements is the ETA 2894-2. This is generally used in most of the high-end Swiss watches.

The last thing that Tag Heuer is known for is putting out specialty limited edition models. Every year, a Tag Heuer manufacturer produces several different models in limited numbers. Because of the rarity of these watches and limited amount sold the price range for these watches skyrocket. Regardless of what watch you purchase, you can expect to pay $1,000 plus for Tag Heuer watches.

There is no question that Tag Heuer manufacturers have had an incredible impact on the watch industry. From their continuous developments and inventions to their flawless precision in timing, Tag Heuer has made a difference and will continue to make a difference in the way watches are developed in time.
