Eat the right food

now i am writing a article for all you people out there.

If you no that your big you can change your whole life by listening to this.

Now you dont want people staring at you because of your weight,so here is the opportunity for you to lose some weight and have a happy life without anyone staring at you.

Now first you need to go on a diet on fatty food. Start to have some vitamins,you no like salads,fruits vegatables e.t.c. When you wake up in the morning have a run round the whole block. Take some water with you to. You can only have a 2 minute break.

This is going to be hard you no but your gonna have to try it. Its also great fun when your doing it with your other friends.

So give it a try it would make your life more happier.
