If you have been struggling to lose weight and tried everything else look no further You’re not the only one I once was in your boat. Research suggests that obesity is the #1 killer of Americans and that more than 85% of men, women and children in the U.S have tried one or more methods of weight loss in their lifetimes. Why is it so hard to lose weight? To answer this question, we have to see why obesity has become so rampant today. Obviously, fast foods, over-indulgence, alcohol and a sedentary lifestyle have succeeded in creating a generation of people who are too fat for their own good. When I started diet programs I though pills was the way to go. The fact about the pills is that I hardly seen a difference and I found out that they can be dangerous and they make you sick sometimes take it from me. And no one at least I know I didn’t want to take diet pills everyday of my life because they are not good for your system just think about it. And you basically have to take them all the time because one you stop taking them here comes the weight back and you just took all them pills all those months for nothing.
Don’t use diet pills take it from me when I tried other methods other than diet pills I was shown how to.
You want to lose excess fat and convert some of the fat into lean muscle. While you lose weight you have to protect your body, avoid loss of muscle mass and prevent depletion of bone mass.
