Perfection Towards Planning The Houses

Every person is having a lifelong ambition to purchase his/her dream house on his own and in order to fulfill this dream, he works hard from the early morning hours up to late night and starts saving the money thus earned in banks with the sole aim of constructing a house in a good locality.

Nowadays, on account of availability of loans from many banks and financial institutions for the purpose of constructing the houses, people are not afraid to attempt in constructing the houses.

When it comes to construction of houses, many factors are to be taken into consideration namely; the locality; the area of the plot; the affordability; house floor plan; materials used and facilities to be provided in the house.

Normally, people prefer to construct the houses nearer to railway station, bus station, shopping centers and air port. They are also willing to give much importance for the availability of educational institutions like schools and colleges so that their children are attending to their schools and colleges comfortably without much difficulty and hospitals so that effective medical treatment is available at any point of time.

Once the locality is selected and the funds position is cleared, the individual has to impart much importance to the designing of the house. Normally the designs are done by the promoters and architects.

For designing, a large number of factors are to be taken into account namely; the total area of the house under construction depending upon the necessity and number of members available in the family; individual rooms like bed rooms, bath rooms, kitchen, toilets, living rooms, dining halls, porticos etc.

A bed room should have sufficient space for accommodating two to three beds so that three members can comfortably sleep in the bed room and apart from the above, the bed room should have cupboards for keeping the valuable items in the house. In the rooms exclusively for use by the children, space should be available for keeping the computers.

The kitchen should be so designed that it can accommodate one refrigerator, micro oven, induction stove, dish washer and many more.

While preparing a house floor plan, it is always advisable that the owner of the house along with the promoter, engineer and architect should have a detailed discussion and during the course of such discussions, all points should be thoroughly discussed so that all available features are taken into account during the course of construction of the house.
