A degree program in design will take three to four years. However, one can opt for a crush program. Some academies offer crush programs while some do not. With a crush program, a degree program will take two years. Most certificate programs take months. A postgraduate program will take two years in most cases. It is important to confirm the duration of a course before enrolling for the course.

After finishing an animation program, one should search for a job. With a multimedia certificate one can work in a TV studio, gaming Software Company, art studio, special effects studio or even in a cartoon studio. There is a high demand for animators in the world. Most animators earn good salaries. The salary one earns as an animator will depend on one's experience.
