Restoring Body pH to an Alklaine pH

The Second Step is to drink alkaline water 3-5 glasses a day is an excellent starting place. Then continue to drink alkaline water thereafter. Third Step is to eliminate, alcohol, smoking, excessive animal fats and processed foods from the diet. Without these foods being consumed in excess the body will quickly adjust to it’s natural alkaline pH. Forth Step is to eat alkaline friendly foods. These foods include fresh fruits, vegetables, legumes, and oxygenated proteins. When the majority of the diet are these foods that body will adjust quickly to an alkaline pH. We only need to eat 2-3 pieces of fruit a day and when juicing if the fiber is removed along goes valuable enzymes to the trash.

Although vegetables in large quantities can be healthy it’s better to eat them fresh also, raw or steamed. If juiced they lack the fiber , minerals and enzymes fresh whole food has.
