Latest Android Phone Review
Acer is very well known brand in computer market and is focused on premium market where it is offering quality products and services. Acer is coming up with Smartphones too to compete with big brands like, Sony, Apple, HTC etc. Acer has launched new Smartphone called the Acer Iconia S300 which ships in with the Android operating system. At present, Android has become the buzz work when it comes to Operating Systems (OS). Many of the currently devices are running on the OS and the users are satisfied with the features it has to offer.
Acer Iconia S300 Smartphone features Android 2.3 (Gingerbread) operating system which gives you enhanced experience with the latest technology version, 1GHz Scorpion processor, 512 MB RAM with 8GB memory which is expandable up to 32 GB by micro SD card, a whooping 8 megapixels camera with LED flash light & autofocus, 720p HD video recording, Li-PO 1500 mAh; long life battery, 4.8 inch (480 x 1024 Pixels) screen with TFT Capacitive Touch screen, Accelerometer sensor, Six-axis gyro sensor & Proximity sensor, it is also offering Wi-Fi (802.11 b/g/n), Bluetooth 2.1 for communication network, USB ports micro USB 2.0 and much more other features which you can operate easily and of course feel happy and satisfied at the end of the day. Plus as a package, the Acer Iconia looks and gives a feel of a nice Smartphone.
Due to DivX support, it gives good resolution, picture quality and a feel like that of a wide screen video. The 8 MP (3264 x 2448 pixels) shooter on the rear and 2 MP (1600 x 1200 pixels) in the front give you good performance in terms of picture/image quality, autofocus which works fantastically. It has given micro SD card slot where you can easily expand your memory storage capacity up to 32GB. One little lack is about Bluetooth 2.1 version which is little older version because, now Bluetooth is available in 4.0 version that gives much faster results during transfer data.
It is quite natural for the technology to fade away and become obsolete with time. However, keeping aside the older version of Bluetooth, the Smarty feels strong and good in the hand when held for a price of 30,000 INR.
Information on this and a lot more on the OS can be retrieved from the Latest Android Phone Review that present the talk on all techs available.
