All We Need is Love…and a Brochure
I recently finished an article about how to make your brochures work. I started with two suggestions for brochure printing companies to help their clients achieve their goals.
The first suggestion is to know your reader and what makes them tick. Who would be your target audience? How will you communicate with them? How do you get your message across? What will interest them?
Second, know the purpose of your brochure. Will your brochure be used as a marketing tool or just to give out information? Your purpose defines the content and layout that your brochure is going to get. This will also help your chosen brochure printing company to provide you with suggestions and tips to make your brochures better and more attractive to your readers.
Here are two more suggestions to help you with your brochure printing job:
Suggestion #3: Know your competition. Get updated.
Getting yourself updated with the tricks of your field can give you that extra mileage in creating your well designed brochure. Keep abreast with new ideas and information. Get yourself in the know with the marketing materials that your competitors use. It is a good idea for you to hoard the brochures given out during trade shows and conferences. This is one way to know what you’re up against. You could even use the ideas on the brochures you got to develop a more interesting one for yourself.
In addition, you have to analyze and utilize the information and images you get from the other brochures to work for your own advantage. What makes them more attractive? What do these brochures have that yours don’t?
Suggestion #4: Know the benefits that you can give your clients and invest in them.
The bottom line in every sales pitch is what your clients can get from your business. Without the benefits, your target audience won’t even give you the time of day. Products and services work for clients because they can give solutions to their problems. If you’re a dog trainer and can get any breed of dog to do tricks in just an hour then go highlight that benefit for your target clients. If you are a brochure printing company that provides quality full color printing with faster turnaround time (just like Print Place), then be sure to let your audience know about it. Your audience will decide to do business with you when they know that having you as a partner will benefit them the most.
