Make him feel proud of being with you. Of course, it's hard not to feel insecure when insecurity is yet another thing to feel insecure about, but understand that men are unmindful of most of the things women worry about in their appearance.
There is lack of communicating between the couple
Loss of communication makes a relationship weaker. If communication is breaking down, a man is likely to image himself with some 'eye candy' women. He is unlikely to replace his woman merely because of imperfect communication, men tend not to be that skillful at communication anyway.
He is not getting his needs met
We all know that men need sex, and that could answer your question of why men look at women. If physical closeness is wanting, there is a higher probability of him looking at some other woman. Likewise men need to be esteemed, and if you are taking him for granted, he is not getting those needs met. Try to treasure him more and give him enough time and attention. Instead of always nagging and accusing him of looking at other women, why not try to ask him what interested him as he was looking at her. Guys tend not to comprehend style. Analysis of how she's creating the appearance will displace his light fantasies.
Just because your man looks at other women, it doesn't mean that he no longer loves you. Somehow, you have to understand him and consider things from a guy's point of view.
