Arts and crafts and writing drafts are no raindrops and snowflakes nor are they white woolen mittens, but they are a daily life we have found ourselves living on a distance planet in the Zork belt and we are actually quite a pink and purple people because of it. For our weekend home projects, we indulge in other things like carwash, politics and we call them hobby matters. The rest of the week we spend indulging in do it yourself kits and tinkering with open source software. The best thing about this is that we are always inventing new things and are a peaceful people. We are not sexist or racist or homophobic, but we rely on our diversity and differences in order to be more creative.
We suppose that the there is something pertinent to the value humans attached to "getting things done" but so far, we have been unable to detect it. This is because we believe that getting things done is an overrated side effect of being constantly inspired, and we tend to focus more on the latter. The problem with looking at it your way is that there is no way to guarantee that the thing is done well if you do it just to get it done. That's why we tend to disregard time and urgency in these matters and focus instead on focusing more deeply. I know this sounds rather risky to humans when you're looking to get things done like where to invest in property, but I must tell you that we are hardly ever late to meet with our urgent needs. This is because we consider the thought of seeing ourselves with respect to each deadline constantly is a very draining and exhausting process that is altogether unnecessary and creates a kind of duality in the mind - diminishing one's creative abilities to almost none. Doing something in order to do it beautifully instead makes us finish rather instantaneously.
