The True and Healthy Way To Six Pack Abs?
Secrets to Help in The Journey To Quality Abs.
The most important thing I try to teach my readers in this day of confusion is that your diet doesn't need to conform to any of the fad diets. I just love for someone that has never been fat or that doesn't have great six pack abs to tell me what to do. At least read long enough to see if it begins to make sense. We don't have to go "low carb" or "low fat" to be successful in losing enough body fat to get lean enough to be able to see our abs. I try to simplify things for my readers so they can really get six pack abs. I think that balance is the key, along with eating a diet that is made up of nutrient rich foods in their natural state .AKA unprocessed. It is the heavy processing of foods that makes it cause major problems in our bodies. The majority of foods in their natural unprocessed state are very good for us. Not so good for six pack abs maybe a 2 pack or so. There are always exceptions but for 99% of the time this will hold true.
Get good quality protein in your daily diet is a must- it gives a higher thermic effect than carbs and fat, you burn many more calories digesting protein Protein is also a means to full longer witch obviously causes us to eat less. Also Protein is a power house when it comes to building muscle, this will assists in building the six pack abs we all so desire. The amount of lean muscle you carry is one of the main factors for controlling your metabolism.
Some will say, "Cut the carbs" well if you really want to feel bad and have absolutely no energy then do just that. This is the truth; make sure that almost all of your carbs is from higher fiber sources like vegetables, fruits, and high fiber unrefined grains. Avoid refined sugars and refined grains as that is one of the main reasons so many people struggle with body fat and that is the truth. Just ask a professional trainer if you need or if he or she goes without carbs. I prefer to get most of my carbs from veggies and fruits. I recommend looking for carbohydrate sources that have at least 2-3 grams of fiber per each 10 grams of total carbs. Please remember that fiber aids in filling you up and also slows down the glycemic response of the foods you eat so we don't keep covering the six pack abs to come.
Try to eat enough healthy fats daily. You should not be afraid to eat fat. People try to go way too low on their fat intake in their diet and this will negatively affect hormone levels as well as causing more cravings. Good sources are all seeds, nuts, nut butters, avocados, olive oil, organic meats and eggs, coconuts and virgin coconut oil. On that note, saturated fats from tropical oils are VERY misunderstood, even by many nutritionists. Yes they are composed highly of saturated fats, but are very beneficial (but that is beyond the space for this article).
Avoid the two worst things in our diets at ALL COSTS: artificial Tran's fats from margarines, shortening, and hydrogenated oils. These oils are found in processed foods. If you avoid processed foods, it becomes easy to avoid these two offenders in our food supply.
Get a control on these 4 main points of your diet detailed above, the rest starts to take care of itself .Gain control over your appetite, blood sugar levels, and hormone levels.
The next level of course is simply a good six pack abs work out program. Think about it, what good will it do to build muscle under our fat. Put things in order and it will come together. visit my site: theresultsnow.com
Finally you have the truth about abs. Good luck and stay with it!
