How Many Light Years To Mexico

Trying to book a room at a popular Mexican resort can sometimes be tough. Is it being made even more difficult by visitors from beyond the stars? It would be nice to think so, but so far there is no concrete proof. What there is though, is some pretty compelling stories of encounters from sources you may not expect. You may find the evidence hard to dispute.

It is not a well kept secret that Mexico is very popular in terms of tourism. Cancun recently became the most sought after destination in the vat Caribbean. That is pretty impressive when you consider all the competition from the likes of Costa Rica, Bahamas and the Dominican Republic. You know it is a special place to visit once you have been there...maybe even to those who live light years away.

As the story goes, the Mexican military was doing a routine aerial search over the Mexican skies for planes used in narco-traffiking. On the night in question, a Mexican Air force Merlin C26A bi-motor airplane encountered a UFO (unidentified flying object). A smuggler's plane in the region, was the first scenario used to dispel the notion of a UFO. When the Merlin C26A maneuvered to intercept, the UFO pulled a maneuver no earth based plane could match and sped off. What gives this sighting its credence is that the incident, and the voices of the crew, were recorded.

Shortly after the UFO departed at an incredible rate of speed, it then pulled up behind the Merlin C26A and started tailing it. To the surprise of the crew, the planes detection equipment was now picking up two UFOs following it. The planes equipment was again able to record the thermal signals from both UFOs. The objects kept their distance while they continued to follow them. If this wasn't enough, when the crew began to turn around for a closer look, seven more UFOs appeared. At this point the pilots decided that some advise from the ground crew would be welcomed and radioed for assistance.

In hindsight, the ground crew's advice seems a bit odd. It is very similar to hiding in the dark when someone rings your doorbell at home, and hoping that they will soon leave. They crew of the plane turned off all their lights and waited. During the tense minutes that followed, the on board recorders continued to document the UFOs. Then, just as suddenly as the objects appeared, they left. The Merlin C26 was then able to return safely to base where their version of events could be documented for later research.

According to the Mexican Secretary of Defense, Clemente Vega Garcia, the event actually occurred, and he told this to the media which gave some credibility to the story. The media were then given complete access to the plane and the crew. Although what the pilots actually saw still remains a mystery, many people think that Mexico was visited by entities from another planet.
