Sometimes your state of mind can be a real pain. It is one of these things that you generally don't have any direct control over. It may be altered by your personal life, your work, your family and friends, your football team, a global tragedy, or even just something inexplicable that happens as your body changes and your chemistry gets mixed up. <br/><br/> A bad state of mind might be described as when you are not yourself, you are never calm and focused and you struggle to be yourself in a way that you can't explain. Given the number of reasons for this above you may not be able to pinpoint why your head is in a weird place, but there is normally one sure fire way to sort it out or at least begin to get in control of it. <br/><br/> Get your home sorted and your head might just fall into place. Here are some tips on how to do that: <br/><br/> What is a nice home life? <br/><br/> You may have a big family or live on your own, but no matter what your home life is like you can consider it 'nice' if you feel happy when you are there. It may be unhappy if there is conflict or if there is something about it that annoys you. This could be something serious like a lot of rising damp that stinks to high heaven or it could just be a kitchen that is too small. These niggles get to us and spoil what otherwise would be a nice home life and ends up messing with our state of mind. <br/><br/> So how do you help your state of mind with your home? <br/><br/> By improving your home of course! Start by dealing with any conflicts in the home. This should be done openly and honestly and quickly.
