I am not a morning person…never have been and never will be. I like to grab that extra 15 to 30 minutes of sleep in the morning with the TV turned to Fox News or CNBC. Both stations seem to make more sense when you hear them through the fog of being half awake and half asleep.

I never seem to have time for a healthy and nutritious breakfast because of the extra time I like to take waking up. I'm no different than anyone else in this hectic world we live in, I have to keep to a schedule. I know…if I brought the structure of my schedule into my personal life I would be much better off.
