Why Am I Visiting a Car Dealer In the City
Someone once said to me, "You live in the city. Arguably one of the biggest neighborhoods in the city. You have a lot of options for public transportations: the bus, taxis, and the trains. So with all of these things at your disposable why are you even thinking about visiting a car dealer in the city?" Well it is obvious that I am interested in buying a car. And not only am I interested, I have every intention of buying a car in the city.
A grand majority of people living in the city take public transportation to get to wherever they need to be. They take trains, buses, taxis and every combination of two or even all three to do this. Yet there are still people who drive around. Also, there are still car dealers in the city and they do well for themselves regardless of the readily available forms of public transportation. So why buy a car at all? Sometimes we want to travel around the city and get to where we need to go of our own volition and on our own schedules. People who own a car can get to the exact point in which they need to be. With a little planning beforehand a person can even find parking that they can work with.
I like to travel outside of the city on occasion and while I do not really mind taking a long distance bus or train out of state, I would rather drive my car to get to my intended destination. Again, I do not have to worry about being late and missing my train or having to arrive super early to catch my ride. I also do not have to be cooped up in an assigned seat and risk sitting next to someone that smells or a baby that refuses to stop crying. With a car, I can easily avoid these problems and more. I have the option of drowning out any unwanted sound by rolling up my windows and/or blasting the latest tunes from my car's radio, CD, or MP3 player. All I really have to do is take some time to visit a car dealer in the city, look around, talk to a friendly sales person about the price, and then drive off with it.
When you think about it carefully, why not just visit a car dealer in the city? You do not necessarily have to buy a car right then and there or even at all. It is all about having another form of travel at hand when you need it.
