You may be really interested in your line of business, learn the craft and skills for it, but you need to have leadership capabilities: organized, efficient, decisive, benevolent, and trustworthy, among others.
“Do your research and have a plan before starting anything. Arming yourself with as much information about your intended industry and market is absolutely key when making big decisions.”
“Make sure all your papers and permits are in order. You MUST have a good and trustworthy accountant too!”
