We all have our weaknesses and habits. But sometimes, these habits can be detrimental to our health. Except you are not real or are basically living in lala land, you'll find the world is full of bad habits. Did you know that these bad habits can literally affect the rate at which you grow your hair or the rate at which you lose it. It has been suggested by a team of researchers and experts that your diet might just be contributing to your rate of hair loss.
Often times, people who are on medications complain their drugs are not effective. Experts who have spent a lot of consulting hours with these people find that not only are they still unhealthy and sick, they are actually the cause of it. For instance, it is best to eat vegetables raw and uncooked than when it is cooked for 15 minutes. If it must be cooked, it is advisable that it should not exceed five minutes of cooking. But most people would rather cook the vegetables without any thought that the nutrients might be lost in the process.
Unfortunately, most of those who cook their vegetables like this cannot even maintain the healthy habit of taking supplements and vitamins. Therefore, it is advisable that if you are guilty of this, refrain so you can eliminate the incidence of hair loss.
