Choosing The Right Spinning Shoes
Welcome to Spin Class! You should be pumped that you have made the initial step into the world of spin, and encountered that workout partner that brings out the inner champion in you. Now the last thing left to take get is a pair of stylish spinning shoes so you can comfortably get the most out of your exercise hour. I receive questions after every class so I felt it would be best if I put together some ideas to alllow you to select the proper pair for your situation.
When selecting spin shoes, most athletes will usually pick either:
1. Regular Cycling Shoes
-or-
2. Road Cycling Shoes similar to what you would use on a road bike
The cool part about spin workouts is you do not need to blow a ton of money to get in excellent shape. Following are my top three reasons for doing a spin class in regular running shoes:
Economy - You're currently biking wearing regular cycling shoes outside and you would like to wear the same pair of shoes indoors.
Shed Some Weight - You don't want to bring an extra pair of shoes to class and do not care about trekking around in sweaty shoes after class.
Stay Warm - Your feet become cold and you like some extra material that a casual shoe delivers.
If you are searching for a new set of tennis shoes then I am hopeful that this piece of writing will be worthwhile.
