Weight loss do nots
Most people focus on the best strategies people should employ when wanting to lose weight. In this article I will focus on three no nos or donts when it comes to weight loss.Exercise is good we all know that but there has to be a line drawn. Just as little or no exercise is not good for people too much exercise can also be detrimental to health. Our bodies are not perfect machines and therefore can only take so much. Using professional help if needed implement an exercise regime that burns fat and builds muscle at a rate which our internal organs can take. Most people do not get a thorough medical examination to see how much their organs can take and its dangerous to go overboard because our organs might not be able to handle it. This can cause serious illness and even be fatal. Start slow and built up the regime as you get stronger.Food is paramount to every human being. Not eating anything deprives the body of its fuel for daily living. Starving yourself to lose weight is a dangerous game. The damage can be irreversible. Starvation deprives the body of needed nutrients and this will cause anorexia and can be fatal. Eat in moderation portions and exercise and this will allow you to lose weight in a healthy fashion.Another no no is to totally cut off a certain food group from your diet. Every food group has a part to play in the efficient working of a person’s body. Removing carbohydrate for instance reduces a very important energy provider for a person. This limit’s a person in what they can do day to day. It reduces your quality of life which defeats the purpose of the act in the same place. A full balanced diet is the answer no shortcuts allowed. Anything else is not worth the time. When living a healthy lifestyle do not over do anything moderation is the key whether its eating or exercising. The above three are unhealthy and detrimental to people’s health. What’s the use of losing weight but losing your quality of life or even your life trying.
