Commit yourself to getting the body you want in a certain amount of time and stick to your goals. If you do not set strict, hard goals, it is easy to put things off. Then, before you know it, summer is here and you still look flabby.
Once you're goals are set and your time line is filled out, start examining your eating patterns. What is it you enjoy eating? What do you eat the most? Is it fast food? Or do you cook at home? What do you buy at the grocery store? What can you do away with? It's important to realize that what you eat has a direct effect on how you look and feel. Shaping your body into the shredded figure that you want will require an understanding of how the muscles work. You're going to need to do more than just the normal exercises like sit ups and push ups. Get a set of dumbbells or a treadmill. Do more than what your body is used to. Keep your muscles working throughout your entire workout. Change up your routine and watch your body get shredded.
