Effective Forex Scalping

Scalping can be a profitable system of trading if you use a competent model. To make scalping effective, you should use the following:

1) With all charts in the day to 5 minute range use a parabolic indicator. But the parabolic indicator has to be right next to the price for every one of the charts. Set opening short positions if it's set above. But opening long positions should be set were the parabolic indicator to be situated below. In case the parabolic indicator is situated differently than all the others, you should exclude the day chart from analysis. A trader should take into account that although the trading range may be much shorter this way, it is sufficient to make a profit 2) Models such as support and resistance lines and a trend line should be constructed. If necessary (for 15 and 60-minute charts), evaluate whether there was a breakout or not and if so the character of this breakout (false or true). 3) Moving averages (MA) that have a 4.9 and 18 period are placed in between the price (candles) and the parabolic indicator. There is a Parabolic defense threshold which is when the MA with a period of 18 is situated between the Parabolic indicator and candles. Once the parabolic indicator goes underneath the MA it is seen as 'coming out of its shell'. If the Japanese candles move above the movement so the parabolic indicator is over it) or they are underneath the movement (so the parabolic indicator is beneath it) the same conclusion is reached. This is where traders should anticipate how to respond were the candles to move near to the parabolic indicator and breach it by means of a shadow or real body. So the parabolic indicator will have been 'beaten' and it will then leap across to the other side of the candles. Accordingly, price will move in the opposite direction. These are the factors which allow a trader to detect the moment that the end of a price movement is imminent. Which is why we do not analyze 1-15 minute charts in a descending order. Besides the function of price movement analysis, the MA acts as an indicator, which sends signals to buy and to sell. A buy signal is sent when crossing (bottom-upwards) of 4 and 18 MA. The 'golden cross' is when the 18 and 65 MA is crossed. When the same MA is crossed from the top downwards this is known as a 'dead cross' and a signal to sell is sent. 4) Buy or sell signals will be received by the trader according to how the MA behaves which can be understood from the MACD histogram's body With a RSI value in excess of 50, there will be a decision to buy. With a sell decision there will be a RSI value of less than 50. The position of the S.Stochastic on the 60 and 15-minute charts can be ignored here.. However, we don't want the S.Stochastic in the overbought zone when buying or in the oversold zone when selling. When selling this indicator should not appear in the oversold zone nor should it be in the overbought zone when buying when looking at the 10, 5 and 1 minute charts. To sell the indicator should not go below 25 and to buy should not exceed 75 on the 5 minute chart. 5) There can be a 0 probability of the price moving in the opposite direction when scalping. A wrongly determined entry point of trade that has been opened prematurely is when this is possible. Some fundamental parameters also have the ability to influence it. 6) If you enter the market and it doesn't look to be developing in the required direction, you should close a position 40-50 minutes after opening it. This is because it is obvious that the market is waiting for some indefinite information which could change market behavior to the 'wrong' (undesirable) side. Your best course of action here is to leave the market immediately, find a new point at which to enter the market and then enter when the behavior of the market settles.
