Fixed Price Model: Fixed Price engagement model is generally used for small to mid-size of projects. Requirement specification is taken from client and forwarded to project lead to review. Based on project study, PMM – Project management Matrix, which contains the efforts against activities, is sent along with fixed project quote.
Time & Material: Time & Material model is used for mid-size to big projects. A dedicated team is set up with an account manager as a single point of contact for the whole duration of project execution. Intermediate deliverables are shared every week and efforts are billed on a weekly basis in this model.
