Living to Eat and Not Obese
Living to eat and not obese Only few are blessed with such metabolism, a majority have to be careful since small bellies are not a function of small diets, big ones do not suggest that their owners are mammoth eaters. Eating is more a matter of habit than one’s need.
Any prosperous agricultural class would be known for big diets because they live amid aplenty and eating comes to them easy, as more than a routine as well as a pastime. But then with bon appetites they are also blessed with huge digestive quotients, for hard work is embedded in their genes and their digestive juice follow their dictates.
So size is not the index. My friend Taggy is rotund and a double pot belly. He walks like a rhino and you can hear him breath like a mild roar of a big cat. He smells awful giving you a feel that he probably is in the full time business of eating. But poor he and cruel you, he takes handful of cereals done in water for his breakfast, an apple and a cup of coffee for lunch and four slices of brown bread with an egg or boiled vegetables with a dash of white butter for his dinner.
He says he has been sticking to this diet for the last 12 years without change in his weight. He would eat chips very occasionally, would not go near a smoker even and sugary drinks are there for very occasional partying only. So a person with Spartan diet, and hold your breath, weighing 240 pounds, could be a shock for the most accomplished weight management gurus.
Roncy, as he is called, is a classic case of big bellies living on frugal diets.
Kavin on the other hand is a smart aleck. At 168 cms he weighs 58 kilos; he is probably underweight for his height. He cannot have a cup of tea without a plateful of crunchy snacks, fried the better. So he would have his bed tea with a full packet of his favourite butter-laden, sugar-coated cookies, go for hearty breakfast on several butter-vegetable sand-witches with full cream milk and a mugful of coffee to wash the platefuls down. He would go snacking in the later afternoon and prefers and early dinner. No room for thinking about stopping when it comes eating. Snacking before a full meal and thereafter is Vicky’s idea of happy eating. Some people do live to eat, you cannot help concluding. And they are not overweight.
They do not need phentermine or any appetite suppressant for weight loss. Yes can very well be advised to buy phentermine to save their cooks.
