Normally you can exercise more than this, but you must be careful about the type of workout that you are doing. The best types of workout you could do during pregnancy are swimming, yoga, and walking. You must avoid anything that involves bouncing, getting your heart rate up too high, or the possibility of falling. Non-contact sports are all right to continue with as long as you do not overexert yourself and you're exceedingly careful with your body. Jogging is a good idea if you love that exercise. But remember that during pregnancy you should not jog more than two miles each day.So if you are already pregnant, or you are planning on becoming pregnant start an exercise workout right away. Safe exercise during pregnancy is the perfect way to keep you and baby healthy and to stay in shape during your pregnancy. Since a proper dieting is also really significant, so talk to your doctor or a dietician on how to have a healthy diet for the expectant months.
