The function of this is to collaborate all of the service and support that was given to a customer and that is recorded in the contact history. This is done so that effective response and support is quickly given to customer issues, questions and complaints.

With this software you must consider your companies specific situation as well as customer needs so that the implementation and considerations of your CRM software stretch beyond just being technology and push more towards the broader requirements of your business.
