The Bad Truth of MLM and Making Online Money
If you have been unsuccessful at earning a living online, then multi level marketing might appear to be the answer for some people. But, if anyone wanted to know what is really going on, this area is often times loaded with sob stories about how people are swindled and cheated out their money by others. Do you really want to start out in a field like this? Obviously, you are moving on to something else. However, multi level marketing might seem attractive, even with all of its flaws. If you find that multi level marketing still has some type of magical powers over you, then just read a few of the following facts about it and you will finally see the light.
It has been said that MLM get you the best opportunity, and business model, that is available today, especially if you want consistent cash flow. This is absolutely not true. Despite these rumors, MLM is only profitable for less than 1% of the people who actually try it. By simply starting your own business online, you have a better guarantee of making money. The business model presented by MLM companies is on shaky ground, a way of business that is not recommended for all. If there is a simple bookkeeping error, the whole system will crash.
People who work in MLM want outsiders to think that it is a good environment that enables you to have a good lifestyle. But, this is so untrue because fear is a huge part of the industry. Multi level marketing recruits get the interest of people because they scare them into thinking that they cannot do any better due to the way that the job market is steadily going down. MLM recruiters are good at making the people who work for them very fearful and scared to move on away from the multi level marketing industry. This is not a good thing.
There basically is not that much of a difference between what you do to get new recruits and promote goods and services.
The recruiters for MLM will tell people that they can turn into a success financially by getting into multi level marketing. This is false.
It is hard to make money in a multi level marketing environment. When money is made, it goes to the people at the top of the pyramid. And, you will also have to pay out money to join a MLM network. There are usually membership fees, fines for not meeting a quota, etc. Unfortunately, you might not make any money if you pay all of this out of pocket. MLM has long been associated with being related to schemes, scams and other unsavory business practices. Somehow, though, it still survives and people still get sucked into it. These newbies are the people who end up losing a lot of time and money - and often losing friends too - before they decide that all forms of online business must be equally as fake. Don't make this same mistake.
