Empire State Building: Located on 34th Street and Fifth Avenue, the Empire State Building can be viewed from just about every spot in New York City. The Empire State building was officially opened on May 1, 1931 when President Hoover pressed a button in Washington, DC and lit up the top of the Empire State Building with its signature white lights. The Empire State Building celebrated its 75th Anniversary on May 1, 2006. The building stands more than a quarter of a mile into the sky above the heart of Manhattan. On the 86th floor, 1,050 feet above the city's streets, the Observatory offers panoramic views from within a glass enclosed pavilion, as well as from the surrounding open-air promenade. Every year tourists flock to the Empire State Building to view this awe-inspiring monument.

Statue of Liberty: Resting on Liberty Island, The Statue of Liberty is known as an American symbol of freedom and welcome to the immigrants who come to the United States seeking a new and better life. The Statue of Liberty was presented to the United States from the people of France in honor of the friendship established during the French Revolution. The statue is 151 feet and one inch tall, with the foundation adding another 154 feet. The tablet contains the text "JULY IV MDCCLXXVI" (July 4, 1776) commemorating the date of the United States Declaration of Independence.

American Museum of Natural History: Located on the Upper West Side, the American Museum of Natural History was founded in 1869 and is world renowned for being an important cultural and scientific institution. The American Museum of Natural History displays amazing collections and exhibits about the natural world, human cultures, and the universe. You will experience dinosaurs, the cosmos, ecology, Native American culture, and so much more. New York City's American Museum of Natural History has something exciting for everyone.
