In this day and age, everyone experiences problems of stress, whether it is with work, or family, or just the environments that we live in, but there are some secrets in stress relief that will help to reduce some of the general tension that accumulates. Really that is all that stress amounts to, tension and anxiety built up over time, whether a week, a year or 10 years, that is left unresolved. It begins to accumulate in your physical and mental states and then if left, will cause problems. Deal with the symptoms of stress when they come up - when you get in an argument with the boss or spouse, when you see your schedule getting too busy and hectic, when your money situation gets low, or when there is pain in your body that is high. When you identify it, then you can reduce your stress level by dealing with it right away, and even come to the place where you can prevent it. Those who practice some of these secrets of stress relief keep the levels low and consequently feel much healthier.Stress is totally unique and individual. What is stressful for one person might not be at all to your best friend. The secrets in stress relief are just as individual. Try them all, one by one, and see what works for you. Here are some to start with, and they all involve slowing down from the chaos and getting back in touch with your own mind, body and soul. If you can achieve that on a daily basis, then things won’t be able to get you so tense. Take 15 minutes everyday for a walk, with/or with out a friend and leave everything at home but your legs, breathe in-breathe out. If you can’t get out, sit by a window. Keep a journal – you can write anything, just write everyday – grocery lists, to-do lists, everything. Take a multi-vitamin and an anti-oxidant (vitamin C or E) to keep your blood healthy and it will keep you looking younger too. Soak in a warm bath of Epsom salts. For more, search the web.
